  • How do I create an account?
    Enter your information on our Register/Create Account page. A verification email will be sent to the address you provide.
  • Where can I purchase BaileySkin products?
    You can purchase Bailey Skin products online, here at BaileySkinAndBeauty.com
  • Where does BAILEYSKIN ship?
    We are currently shipping to all 50 states.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders totaling $350 or more in the United States.
  • When will my order ship and how long will it take to get it?
    It takes 1-2 business days to process orders. You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping for the US should arrive within 5-7 days of ordering. All orders placed after 12p will be processed for shipment the following business day.
  • How do I track my order?
    You can track your order by ____________. Tracking information is available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    We currently do not offer expedited shipping, but it is on the way.
  • My package was undeliverable…
    Undeliverable packages will be canceled and refunded once received and processed.
  • I have questions regarding my order or my package. Who do I contact?

  • How can I learn which products are right for me?
    All of our products have individual product pages with information, ingredients and what skin type or condition the product is right for. Our skin evaluation for custom product recommendations is coming soon.
  • What skin types and complexions are BAILEYSKIN products best for?
    BaileySkin is for all skin types and complexions. The medical-grade products should be introduced 1-2 products at a time if you experience irritation.
  • Are BAILEYSKIN products clean?
    Yes, our products are paraben-free, gluten-free, fragrance-free, Hypoallergenic and Non-Comedogenic, free of dyes, fragrance, paragons, soap, and sulfates.
  • Can I resell BAILEYSKIN products?
    NO. BaileySkin products are for personal use. By purchasing BaileySkin products, you agree not to resell or distribute these products for any commercial purposes. If we have reason to believe your order is not for personal use, we may reject or cancel your order.
  • Do you take insurance, CareCredit or any other payment options?
    We do not take insurance. We will be accepting CareCredit in the future.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay. AfterPay on the way.
  • RETURNS + EXCHANGES
    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations or returns. BAILEYSKIN reserves the right to refuse any return at any time. If you have an issue with your order please email orders@baileyskinandbeauty.com with your order number and the products your ordered.
  • Damaged products?
    We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please email a photo of your damaged item immediately upon receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you with a solution.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If you would like to cancel your order, you can request to cancel by going to MY ACCOUNT/ORDER HISTORY and select Request Cancellation. After 30 minutes, orders can no longer be cancelled.
  • Help, something else is wrong and I do not see an option here.

  • Does Bailey Skin have a referral program?
    At the present time we have a promo code program. Referral programs and other promotions are on the way.
  • How do I update my address?
    Log into your account and look for the Edit Address link. Edit or delete addresses from there.
