industry, Collette built Bailey Skin & Beauty because she wanted high-performing, multitasking skin and beauty
formulas focused on correcting real skin concerns that produced clinical results at home. Collette is
continuously building and adding to the line to provide skincare that brings about a healthy,
refreshed and youthful looking FACE and BODY for all skin types.

Founder, CEO, Paramedical Aesthetician and Personal Trainer Collette Bailey brings years of skin, beauty, lifestyle expertise and medical aesthetics to at-home skin care.
Collette founded Bailey Skin in 2021, with a mission to encourage people to embrace great skin. A medical grade skincare user herself, Collette wanted to give the same transforming experience to all skin types, complexions and every income bracket. Her experience in the beauty and Paramedical Aesthetic industry was the guiding light of BaileySkinandBeauty.com, a style that would mimic her "For All" approach that educates and helps skin enthusiasts figure out the right regimen for their individual needs without overspending on hit and miss options or overdressed packaging.
Collette focuses on correcting and treating the issues that cause imbalances in the skin, then maintaining the balance to bring out the natural beauty and skin health through skincare formulas that function like having an aesthetician and med spa at home.
